All the Kaiser employees completely follow the goal of pursuing customers’ satisfaction.
This does not only refer to design quality, construction technology or sincere after-sale service, but also for the onsite engineers regularly foreseeing any omits during the construction period.
During construction period, onsite engineers will enter site every day to double check the works quality as the labors work. Generally speaking, just because we spent more time on construction field than others, we can find out the nonfunctional parts or deficiencies.
For any tiny details as long as they are good to the customers, we will open to make suggestions.
- ― Design change of anti-slip tiles

We originally followed the instruction of customer to lay out ordinary floor tiles on outside staircase and lobby area. But during real construction, onsite engineer proposed to change the tiles to anti-slip tiles as it is easy to slip in raining days. After getting the approval from the customer, we changed all to anti-slip tiles.
After that change, customers’ employees can securely walk in the facility even in the raining days
- ― Adding outlets

According to the original plan, only wall outlets were designed for office area. But due to the big space of office, long cables or wires have to be pulled from wall side to the using point. From the artistic view and safety standpoint, we suggested adding floor outlets and finally got the approval.
- ― Anti-condensation treatment for the pipes

Pipes were installed along the ceiling and wall. Due to the cold ambient temperature, condensation appeared on the pipes.
As the condensation would damage the pipes gradually, we covered all the pipes with insulation material after explaining to the customer and being approved.
- ― Layout design change in administration building.

In the original plan, an acoustic barrier wall would be used between administration building and workshop. During construction, we heard that the customer would frequently bring visitors to visit the workshop, we suggested adding isolated visiting aisle in the administration building in consideration of safety.
Additionally, in consideration of connection aisle extending to other buildings in the future, the original plan was finally changed and approved with the satisfaction of customer.
